3. Lucky Draw
From 0:00 on July 23, 2020 to 0:00 on July 24, 2020, one lucky user will be drawn from those with a single buy order volume ≥ 500 SEA and rewarded with a 50% discount on participation right in the honored genesis block of SEA public chain and a subscription quota of 10,000 APC.
How to draw the lucky winner: All buy orders with a single buy volume ≥ 500 SEA on July 23 are sorted and numbered in the order of transaction time; the last 8 characters of the hash value at the height of the ETH block at 10:00:00 on July 24 (hexadecimal) are converted into decimal numbers, and then divided by the total number of buy orders that meet the requirements on July 23, and the remainder is calculated. The final remainder is the lucky winner’s order number. Users can repeatedly buy and sell to increase the number of buy orders that meet the requirements to increase the probability of winning. The hash value of the ETH blockchain will be used as a random number for the lottery, which is completely random, fair and just.
